Knitted chair is the result of a cooperation between the german studio Kieser Spath and the british/korean designer Chae Young Kim. The outline of the seatshell is based on the wallpaper "knitted room" presented at D³ contest at IMM cologne 2010. The pattern of the wallpaper is used for the seat cover in form of a digital print and creates the illusion of a 3 dimensional structure. The chair is very cosy and will find its place in dinning ares and is also perfect for living and lounge areas.
